What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect only the data you provide yourself: your first and last name, telephone number, email address and the content of your message, as well as information about the apartment you have expressed an interest in.
For what purpose
Your details are used solely so the sales team can contact you about apartments in Finest Vračar — sending documentation, prices and scheduling viewings. Enquiries are also processed by the authorised sales representative (Orvas Realty) in their enquiry-management system; we do not use your details for any other marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
The data is kept for as long as sales of the project last, or until you request its deletion. A request for access to, correction of or deletion of your data can be sent to prodaja@finestvracar.rs.
Cookies
Visits are measured by our own analytics, without cookies and without personal data — only aggregate numbers are recorded. To measure traffic and advertising performance the site also uses Google Analytics (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram, Meta Platforms), which set cookies to measure visits and ad performance; you can block these cookies in your browser settings.
